Casetech Computers Mission Statement
Here at Casetech Computers we believe that our customers should be able to purchase a "Personal Computer" or Business Computer specifically tailored to them and to the purpose that they are purchasing a computer. We believe that the "Cookie Cutter" computers that are offered by the national manufacturers do not meet the needs of our customers as specifically as a Casetech custom computer. We believe that when a customer purchases a computer it should not be less than they need or more than what they need and should be easily upgradeable in the future should their needs change.
When our computers are picked up by the customer, the components that make up that particular computer should be explained to them, time should be taken to answer any questions that the customer may have and the computer should be up and running instead of packed in a box. This will allow us to show the customer what needs to be connected and installed when they get it home and may bring questions to the customers mind that they might not have thought of until they got it home.
We believe that in offering "Custom" computers, a customer may be able to purchase a better computer than they first thought that they could afford and by fair pricing make that end a reality. At Casetech we believe in offering continuing support and if a customer calls long after the purchase they don't have to pay extra for someone to answer a question that may come up about their computer. If a customer wished to upgrade their computer in the future there will be a charge for the upgraded component but no charge for the labor to install it.
At Casetech, the words "Confused", "Don't Know How", "Can't" and "Will Not" do not exist. Complete Customer Satisfaction is our ultimate goal. |
